Today we went to the SF Food Bank and helped package food for people who are food insecure. I learned that lots of people count on the food bank. I also learned that 25% of people who live in San Francisco are who insecure and half of the 25% are children. My favorite part was part was packaging the food strips and the hunger 101. I like the hunger 101 because we put ourselves in other people's shoes and see what one day of their life would be like.
